How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or contact our support team and we will help you submit the request.
Subscription renewals
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or via Paddle. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid billing period. If a renewal charge was unintentional, contact us within 30 days of the renewal date and we will work with Paddle to issue a refund.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
